The 2005 Providence Zine Fest, a gathering of primarily zinesters as well as small print publishers, comic artists, and other DIY (do-it-yourself) creators, will take place on September 25, 2005 from 11 am until 5 pm at AS220 (www.as220.org; 115 Empire St. Providence, RI, 02903; 401-831-9327). We are actively looking for people to table; tables cost only $5 and will be provided by AS220. General admission is FREE. In addition to the tablers, there will also be a film screening of the zine documentary "A Hundred Dollars and A T-Shirt."
