Aw, thanks, y'all.

It reminds me of what Shinogrrl was saying in her LJ - and in the introduction of her new zine (it just came out and is excellent!) "In the (M)other Tounge" #1 (mamas in college) about her college examiner doubting zines "authenticity" when she wrote her Plan of Concentration; that in acedemia there is this whole school of thought about "authenticity" (which seems totally counter-intuit) that people who write about their experiences dont' know it the best. I don't know. Its crazy talk! Get shinogrrls excellent zine and read more of her paper - she is really good with theory (theory to be used to liberate and smash the system that is) OT

but it reminded me of that.

I'm so glad whiskey sour is so eloquently speaking up - I think the whole essay was completely deadly right on!
