It started as a performance idea and now it is sort of morphing into an ongoing video piece. A series I think-or perhaps it may be bits of a longer single piece. Not sure yet. But having fun nevertheless. I do have the desert video now posted:

Yes Fabulous!!! Your like a dendrite and tree roots!

I am finding myself more and more drawn to costumes and such. Like I read a "Big Foot Loves You" poem in my jacket turned around backwards and gorrilla mask - and walked into (once a local recordstore, another time Borders in vermont) - LIKE bigfoot and at 6'3 - my winter jacket makes me huge. It went over great, I felt joy.

I know her! She's fantastic! We used to be in a critique group together. I actually saw that Lamentation performance live and it was haunting. All of her work is incredible. Ha- that poetry reading sounds great!

That got both "neat" and "cool" out of my oldest. (The other two aren't around to share it with.) I must say, I agree with him. And yes, you are fabulous!

What materials did you use for this? Especially the bodysuit -- what kind of structure did you use to keep the "branches" sturdy?

Walking around in that must have been fun!
