I'm producing some video shorts I call Teeny Shows this year about various projects. I'm not sure how long they should be, maybe 2 minutes? Some are 'how-to' instructional stuff, so maybe I should plan them to be how long it takes. I'm going to experiment around some.

I have a friend who does one minute book reviews for his library. I'd say distill them down to the essentials & see how long it takes & expect some variation?

That's sounds right, one of my video projects for this year is to do book reviews for my bookstore every week, you know? post them on my site, youtube. Another project is about yoga moves, do a series of 2-5 yoga moves each.
