'nother question about APA format (for those mamas who know)

hmmm...seems like the forum names are all changed!

That wasn't my question. My question is, for any mamas who use APA regularly or have handy access to the APA formatting book (mine is on reserve and the library website tells me it is "in transit"): How would you cite a court case?

This is the information I have:
Overton v. Bazzetta 2002 FED App. 0118P (6th Cir). http://supreme.lp.findlaw.com/supreme_court/decisions/lower_court/01-1635.6th.html

How would I cite it and how would I format it in the bibliography?

Thanks!

http://www.lib.wsc.ma.edu/legalapa.htm is what you want. It gives you both reference (bibliography) & text cite formats. :)
