hello, so the intro is not written yet - and I thought that submission editor, lay out and editors, having seen the manuscript, could work on that. And that we should post it for group feedback and go ahead, before we use it.
but its always fun too, to just brainstorm and throw out words and thoughts - as a group. What does this issue of "raising hell" mean to you. Lets be free, word association, and fun. but then maybe we can come up with some good ideas and words to put into our introduction! This is a great issue.
and it woudl be nice to get a little group participation action back up on mamaphonic. so just trying this as an idea, ok ?
Raising Hell - is ___________
rampaging toddlers. direct action. not something you try to do, your more interested in trying to survive and not get into hell - your actions come in different ways. Come hell or high water. heaven. vulnerable. raising hell means different things to different people and different groups of people, esp. based on race, class, sex, location, take the brunt of these actions in different ways.
its been a complex issue, and not always an easy one to write although it sounds fun. But I will tell you one thing, our basic premise, that we wanted to dig deeper - worked. this issue is deep! and as always, so fun to see a theme taken in so many different ways!
