...the gunpowder treason and plot...
well, since cohen's been born i've gotten a whole lot of nothin accomplished. well, if you count watching law and order seasons 1 thru 10 an accomplishment then it's done (it became an obsession! i couldn't help it). i don't really have an excuse for not writing or anything, i haven't even been reading that much. i love to read, but haven't been in the mood. i've had the peep show 3 done since july and haven't made copies or sent it out yet--so far, it's my favorite one and have only written a page or two into #4.
too much tv, not enuf words going in or coming out. i can make excuses all day, but it doesn't change anything. it's much easier watching tv when you have two little ones attached to the boobs for the better part of everyday. again not an excuse, peep spends 3 nights and 2 days at his dad's house. i should have time to get some projects done.
I've been helping a little bit with the newest issue of CUNTastic! it's the menstrual issue. we're going to have small 50 word blurbs on everyone's first period. i think it'll be a very cool issue. so if anyone is interested or has a cool story, let me kno! :)
LW (nicolai's stepmom) had a beautiful baby girl, Z, on oct. 7th. been hanging out with her a bit, but our schedules don't work out all the time. i went back to work in october. i'm bummed about that cuz i wanted to take more time than that off. but whatever, Q still isn't working, tho he is making strides in his writing and his music. it's brought some money in, but it's just not consistent yet. i want to support him as much as possible, but the lack of income is straining, especially when it means i have to work more, when i'd rather be spending time with the boys.
halloween was way fun and my first where it was strictly kid oriented. october is my favorite month and halloween my favorite holiday, so usually i get schnockered. not this year. it was way cool carving pumpkins, then taking the kiddos trick or treating. i came home, got the boys to sleep, Q and i watch house of wax with vincent price and i crashed by 10:30.
i have been doing alot of bellydancing tho. in the middle of choreographing a dance for the spring and will be doing another duet with my friend JL. can't wait!
peep's been growing by leaps and bounds. he has so many new words daily i can't keep up. he's really getting into the guitar already too. Q play alot, so peep will sit down with his guitar and play too, and then he'll put it back in the case when he's done. it's soo cute and he's so smart! cohen is getting to be a little chunk. he weighs 15 pounds already and he's 3 months old.
soo...i want to get back into my zinestering! i want to layout mamaphiles and get to working on the peep show again. i guess i'll go, i'm going to try and be a more frequent visitor...
