Finally back

Hello, y'all. I've finally found the time to figure out passwords and how the site is put together, and I'm back (pause for collective groan.) Don't know if I'll be posting much, although I would like to get back to doing 300 words, but I will certainly be lurking.

You should have asked me - ZannaL was always the calmest looking one in the room!
Glad you've figured out the new site here. Let me know if you figure out the photo posting thing....

There was a whole string of people I'd have like to meet but didn't. Comes of being too scrambled to make arrangements for meeting ahead of time. Maybe next year, if we both make it.

hiya, welcome back.

It was nice to meet you, too.

It was nice to meet you, too. I'm only sorry I couldn't take more workshops, since I know you were moderating one of them.

yay!

Great to see you back!

Good to meet you (however briefly) at the mamagathering. Sorry I wasn't more talkative--kind of frazzled the whole weekend. Maybe next time I won't be overly ambitious and agree to do two presentations and just give myself time to chill and meet people and be a social person instead.

And glad my photos didn't disappoint!

I knew you were uncertain about coming to the Gathering, and I knew you were both keeping track of Siu Long and moderating, so I figured you had enough on your plate already. It was lovely just to meet you and see your photographs.

The activism workshop was really good. I was really struck by how all three of you simply passed the little one back and forth while simply continuing your presentation. Such a great example of how to include kids! And you helped me begin to make clear in my own mind what I would like to do, activism-wise, and what I'm not yet comfortable with, and how I might be able to do what I want to. Really an excellent presentation.

I missed your Women in Prison presentation(I had to leave to drive home,) but I did pick up both of your zines Saturday night. Is Tenacious a regular production or a one-shot? Because I'd like to continue reading it if you produce it regularly.
