mamakia joining the crew

well, i'm a writer/editor mama doing the sahm thing after years away from that world. this time with a single boy-child instead of 3 girly-girls. i get blue now, no more pink or purple! plus,i have great supportive daddy-o vs. shitty ex who did his "part" by woking, and working overtime & working weekends & didn't want part of being a family. {oh don't get me started. i'm so much happier now}
i am seriuosly getting my writer/editor zone going & hope mamaphonic & hipmama & all the mamas on both sites kick my butt into working!

Mom of Teens

Hello - I so liked what you wrote about "warm round tortillas" that I said "who are you?" and then I came here!

and saw Viki is looking out for me!

Hay Mama! - I am indeed starting up the call for the next issue of my zine TFG #15 "parenting teens" - haven't put out a formal call yet, will do soon.

I would love if you wrote something for it - there is not alot of us with teenagers out here and I think this issue will promise rewarding and exciting for all who participate

and welcome!

do you have a theme?

i saw that your last issue dealt with working....do you do fiction, too? gimme some idea what you NEED or want and I WILL fill that...heck, gimme a wish list and i will produce as many miracles as possible.....

welcome mama!

Glad you like what you see.

What do you write? Feel free to look to us for feedback, encouragement or plain ol' whipcracking.

your stuff is good

i read your fiction, liked the couple ending things and the one w/the mama with soo many children.

thanks!

china, who posts here, is also looking for essays on being the mom of teens for her zine "The Future Generation."

You can find out more about her zine here:

or just go through the old threads in the Zine section.

thanks
