you know, i've never been too

you know, i've never been too clear on that. supposedly there are a bunch of websites that use the system and i guess you should be able to log in to any of them using a drupal ID. (i just tried it at the new homemaker and it did work that way - but i don't really get the point. i guess it saves you from having to create a new account at each board?) when Susan pops in maybe she can explain it to us.

not sure what sites use it beyond that - i guess the hipmama boards, but i have no idea what else. ah, just looked it up - it's an "open source content management platform," so says the website. still not sure how to find a list of sites though.

i do know that you can't use it like email. if you want folks to be able to contact you, you'll either have to post an email addy or use the private message system here - i can walk you through that if you need help.

yep. you can try it out at the new homemaker if you want. the login is down the left side. just enter your drupal ID (yourusername@www.mamaphonic.com) and use the same password you use to log in here.
