yes, absolutely! i just wasn't sure if you were looking more for places frequented by parents (some of whom might write) - or a more general group of writers who might or might not be parents.

okay, here's what i can think of at the moment:

- calls for comp zines at zinesters.net

- "the muse" forum at You Are Still Here (now i guess the board is called Maternita)

- the chicklit board's "calls for submission" thread

- Writer's Board at mothering dot commune

- the boards at pander zine distro

- it's not a bb as such, but you can email elke at grrlzines.net and she'll announce a call on this page of her site (none of it looks real current, you might want to check with her first.)

i'm sure there are others. that is what's springing to mind off the top of my head. HTH. :)
