Interested in Doing a Panel Discussion at the AMC with Me? *Update with Workshop Info

The deadline for submitting a workshop proposal for the 2007 Allied Media Conference has been extended to March 23rd! I am submitting a workshop proposal and was thinking about doing a panel discussion. Would any of you be interested in doing this with me? I find doing a panel discussion a little easier than conducting a workshop alone, and I've been part of panel discussions at various events including Mamagathering 2004, Cleveland Zinefest 2005, Cleveland BW 2006, and more. What do you think, are you interested? A little about the event:

zine workshop/presentation

so i am presenting a workshop on zinemaking and giving a presentation of the basic idea of zine culture and zine history. too, particularly women zinesters and feminist zines/zinesters.
the presentation is in nov so i have some time to gather resources and do my research. i'm in contact with the ESPA here, who maintains an extensive zine collection, so hopefully they will be helpful to me in this respect as well...but a point in any direction would be great. links, books, people to contact or learn about...

grammar Q

Are these sentences grammatical? And if not, could you rewrite for me or explain what wrong inside is? Please :)

His disclaim and answers were not in parallelism and were filled with repetition, it may conflict the law.
My professor was sued for disturbance by spreading copy of repetition of his student’s issue.
I cannot bear his learning way in learning arithmetic with ceaseless repetition.

"The Future Generation: Anarchist Parenting and Community"

As a young, anarchist, mother I felt I was setting down an unmarked path. I didn't know many others like myself and started a zine in 1990 “The Future Generation to share information and create a radical parent network. My core beliefs have stayed the same over the years: parents need to be supported, not ostracized and alienated. Oppression starts at birth; so does resistance. However we can’t do it alone, we need our community

Don't Leave your Friends Behind: anarcha-feminism & supporting mothers and children

Vikki and I are going to be giving this workshop on March 4th (Time TBA) at La Revolta in Boston

http://www.larivolta.org/

THERE WILL BE FREE CHILDCARE AND KID WORKSHOP on making zines during the adult workshops!

writers groups

I was just wondering if any of you participate in writers groups. I think I could benefit from something like that but I have yet to make the leap. I write in kind of an undisciplined, sporadic way and I don't really have anyone to get feedback from. I also wonder how I would find the time for a group or writers workshop between work and the kids.
Another question......do most of you submit your work to others once you have finished it? How about non-mama writings? How do you find venues for your work?
